We are honored and delighted to welcome you all to the 2012 IBSM - International Conference on Business and Management in this beautiful city of Phuket.
We would like to make a few remarks on the range of participants attending this conference. Participations in this conference are from several countries: Austria, Bangladesh, Bostwana, Croatia, Finland, Indonesia, India, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Philippines, UAE, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Sweden and Zimbabwe. Actually we have selected 164 abstracts from 28 countries
 
The 2012 IBSM International Conference on Business and Management will address the challenges organizations especially in Asia faced globally and also a chance to discuss the options that they may consider as part of their strategies.
 
We do believe that this conference will be a forum for sharing knowledge about the practices of the organizations in dynamic environment of different issues. The conference will incorporate both conceptual and empirical research papers that link knowledge to different countries contexts.
