Persons requiring an invitation letter should contact Conference Secretariat

All the pre-registered participants will receive the conference material upon their arrival on the conference desk. The badges are essential for the admission and entrance into the convention centre and exhibition areas.

We cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss, accidents or damages to participants and/or accompanying persons. Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal insurance to cover any eventuality that may occur during the Conference.

The convention centre is equipped with slides and data projectors, presenters are free to use all type of format but we can not assure it run well.
To avoid problem, please always backup your presentation in MS-Powerpoint (PC Version). Thank You
