Message from Conference Chair
It is an honor for me to welcome you today to the 3rd IBEA- International Conference organized by CAAL
in collaboration with University of Economics in Bratislava – SLOVAKIA
First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Rector of University of Economics in Bratisalava:
Prof. Rudolf Sivak, Ph.D ; vice rector of Research and Doctoral Studies,
Prof. Anetta Caplánová, Ph.D
and all colleagues at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia as host and true partner
who give us opportunity in organizing this international conference.
This is unbelievable that we can organize and conducting conference in this beautiful country

Distinguished Guests and all delegates /participants
Some of you may have attended one, two, three or four of CAAL previous conferences that were hosted by
several universities and organized by CAAL. We hope that the current conference will continue providing
experience thought-stimulating presentations and lively exchanges of views tomorrow.
We would like to make a few remarks on the range of participants attending this conference.
Participants come from several countries.
There is a decline number of participants compare to previous conferences, some participants
have to withdraw their participation in this conference due to MH17 tragedy.
Therefore, in this occasion on behalf of CAAL team and host-University of Economics in Bratislava-UEBA,
I would like to express my deepest condolences to all families and friends of MH17 victims.
We do believe that this conference will be forum for sharing knowledge about the practices of the
organizations in dynamic environment of different issues.
There are 22 papers to be presented in this conference and the authors come from Austria,
Germany, Singapore, Slovakia, Turkey, UAE, Latvia, Montenegro and Indonesia.
We would like to thank all the participants for being here to share the knowledge and experience.
Finally, we are very grateful for the contributions of many colleagues, presenters, session chairs,
authors, reviewers, other staffs and institutions who have contributed to this conference.
We acknowledge the significant contribution of our keynote speaker, Prof. Radovan Stojanovic at our conference.
Dear colleagues and friends, we wish you all an enjoyable and memorable conference in this beautiful city: Bratislava.
